Rhinoplasty Fairfax

breast implant washington

If you have a desire to reshape the nose to a more pleasing appearance, rhinoplasty may be a consideration. At two locations near Fairfax, rhinoplasty is offered by Franklin D. Richards, M.D., F.A.C.S. and A. Dean Jabs, M.D., F.A.C.S. of Cosmetic Surgery Associates.

Both offices, located in McLean and Reston, are operated by Drs. Richards and Jabs, who are each board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). As plastic surgery specialists, both of our surgeons have performed thousands of successful procedures, while adhering to strict safety standards.

Rhinoplasty, also known as "nasal surgery" or "nose reshaping," is a highly-requested plastic surgery procedure. Many people are inclined to undergo rhinoplasty because of its versatility; it can perform a number of commonly desired changes for the nose, such as:

  • Increase or reduce its size
  • Change the shape of its tip
  • Remove a "hump" on the bridge
  • Straighten a crooked shape
  • Narrow or widen the span of the nostrils
  • Alter the angle between the nose and the upper lip

Additionally, many patients find that their breathing functions are improved following rhinoplasty. Reston and McLean patients may opt to undergo the procedure solely for functional purposes. When meeting with one of our Fairfax plastic surgeons during an initial consultation, you can discuss the specific reasons for your interest in rhinoplasty to learn if it is right for you.
