Our Office Both A. Dean Jabs, M.D., PH. D., F.A.C.S. and Franklin D. Richards, M.D., F.A.C.S. are board certified plastic surgeons with over fifteen years of experience. They have the prestigious certificate of Advanced Qualification in Cosmetic Surgery and have performed thousands of successful operations on patients just like you. They are members of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and have served as President of The National Capital Society of Plastic Surgeons.
