
A long-standing resident of the Washington D.C. metro area
and a graduate of George Washington University in 1982, Dr.
Franklin Richards, MD, is board certified and has been in
practice fourteen years, possessing cosmetic surgical expertise

Dr. Richards was privileged to have served his country as
an attending plastic surgeon at Walter Reed Army Medical Center
in Washington , DC . He also served as director of the Burn
Unit at William Beaumont Army Medical Center during Desert
